Published 02/06/25We are very proud to share our brand new Reading Room with the community of Ynystawe and beyond.
In the early 1900's Ynystawe was a very different village from the one we know and love today. It had many shops, including a post office, grocers, butchers and a reading room.
After discovering that a trust fund set up by Mr Percy Player back in 1927, Swansea council donated this trust fund to us to develop a new library that can be used by the school children and their families and the surrounding community.
